Sticky Wicked is a Dutch electric jazz, jazzrock and funk group. It consists of talented musicians who individually have played with many of today's great names in jazz and pop. The group's own compositions are considered original, fresh, and contemporary. And they are clearly the result of being inspired by decades of the finest music in jazz, rock, funk and electronic music.

Furthermore, Sticky Wicked uses well known jazzrock/funk standards as a basis for improvisation, as well as the opportunity to implement fresh new arrangements. These compositions range from early work from artists and bands like Herbie Hancocks Headhunters, John Scofield, Weather Report, Wayne Shorter and Jeff Lorber.
